Sips Return Policy
At Sips, we take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch syrups and ethically sourced coffee. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order. If you experience any issues, please review our policy below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We do our best to ensure every package arrives safely, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please follow these steps:
- Take photos of the damaged or incorrect items as soon as you receive the package.
- Email Hello@SipMoreSips.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the photos attached.
- Once we review your request, we’ll arrange for a replacement or provide store credit as applicable.
Please note: We may not be able to offer replacements if the request is submitted after the 72-hour window.
Returns & Refunds for Coffee and Syrups
Since our syrups and coffee are perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is an issue with the order itself. We stand by the quality of our products, and if you are ever unsatisfied, reach out to us—we’re happy to help troubleshoot or provide recommendations on how to best enjoy our syrups and coffee.
Returns & Exchanges for Sips Merch (Mugs, Apparel, Accessories, etc.)
For all Sips lifestyle items, including mugs, apparel, and accessories, we follow a slightly different return policy, as these items are made to order through a third-party provider. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please:
- Contact us at Hello@SipMoreSips.com with photos of the issue.
- We will work with our third-party vendor to determine the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.
Merchandise returns may be subject to third-party approval and cannot be processed directly through Sips.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify an order, email us at Hello@SipMoreSips.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped, but we’ll do our best to assist.
