Our Gold Coast blend is crafted from an array of exceptional coffees sourced from Colombia, Mexico, and Guatemala.
Colombian Coffee (Finca Palmichal, Quindío): This coffee brings sweet, fruit-like notes of tangerine and pineapple, along with a hint of citric acidity. Grown at 1,560 masl, Finca Palmichal is located in the highlands of the Central Andes, embodying the region's rich coffee-growing history and resilience.
Mexican Coffee (CESMACH Cooperative, Chiapas): Grown in the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, this organically grown and Fair Trade certified coffee adds smooth cocoa and nutty notes, with subtle clove undertones. CESMACH’s sustainable farming practices ensure quality and ecological preservation.
Guatemalan Coffee (Waykan, Huehuetenango): Sourced from Guatemala’s renowned Huehuetenango region, this coffee offers crisp acidity reminiscent of lemon and apple, balanced with rich flavors of toffee, caramel, and sweet nuts like almond.

This has become a favorite! The aroma while it's brewing is mouth watering. It's very smooth and for someone like me who brews a pot and consumes it over a three hour period, the flavor of the coffee seems to change minimally over the duration (some roasts do not do well after it sits for an hour). This roast is worth every penny! Each time I order a Sips syrup I almost always toss a bag in my online cart!
