What is Sips?

Sips is a premium coffee brand created by former barista and internet personality Stefania Marzelia.

We're bringing warmth, unique flavors, and simplicity to your daily coffee routine. Sips celebrates everything that makes coffee special — without the unnecessary additives. With carefully crafted syrups and limited + organic ingredients, we're adding a touch of love to every cup.

To keep your Sips syrups at their freshest, we recommend refrigerating them upon arrival or after picking them up.

If your syrup crystallizes after being refrigerated, don’t worry—it’s completely normal! Simply warm it gently in a pot until the sugar redissolves, and it’s ready to use again.

All Sips products are made and roasted fresh for you daily in small batches. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be received and filled.* Please note: following limited edition drops, where the volume of orders may be higher, please allow a couple extra business days for fulfillment.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days once the order has shipped. You will receive an email when your order has been confirmed, and another once it's in transit.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Some shipments may arrive in two parcels. You will receive two separate tracking numbers via email if this is the case.

We do not accept returns at this time. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We take great care to wrap and secure your Sips products for shipping, but occasionally, parcels may encounter rough handling or fluctuating temperatures during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@sipmoresips.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll promptly address it to make things right.

Please note: we are unable to make adjustments for order issues reported outside the 72-hour window.

Oops! While we double-check all orders before they leave our warehouse, we’re only human, and sometimes mistakes happen. If you received the wrong product, we sincerely apologize for the mix-up! Please email us at hello@sipmoresips.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll promptly generate a new order to ensure you get the correct items as soon as possible.

If your parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you promptly to confirm the correct details. To reship the parcel, a new shipping fee will be required to cover the cost of a replacement shipping label. Please double-check your shipping information, including street address, city, and zip code, to ensure accuracy before completing your order.

If you need to amend your shipping details prior to us releasing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@sipmoresips.com. After your order has been fulfilled, we may not be able to make changes.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package gets lost in transit. Once your order leaves Sips warehouse and is handed over to USPS or UPS, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier, as all Sips packages are insured and may qualify for reimbursement.

Please note that Sips cannot replace or refund orders lost due to address errors. Ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address is the customer’s responsibility.

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure your Sips products are fresh and arriving as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please reach out as soon as you can!
